Charlene M. Pederson
Attorney Pederson has practiced residential real estate law in Connecticut since 1995, including running her own real estate firm since 2006.
Attorney Pederson focuses on representing clients in residential real estate closings — purchases, sales, and refinances — and has handled thousands of closings in Connecticut over her career. Her career was founded on a passion for property transfer laws and a desire to help others achieve their real estate goals. She believes that owning a home is a beautiful symbol of the American Dream, and she takes pride in being a part of her clients' homeownership journey.
Attorney Pederson was raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and has lived in Connecticut since 1989. She proudly resides in Fairfield County, Connecticut, with her husband, Rev. Dr. Duane C. Pederson, former pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church in Stamford, CT. Out of the office, she has been an active member in the Fairfield County community over the years. She currently enjoys volunteering on the Trumbull Housing Authority board, as an usher at the Westport Country Playhouse, and as worship assistant and lector at her church.
She is the proud mother of two adult children, Mitchell and Bailey.
